Autumn Calabrese, born in Cleveland Ohio on 23 September 1980 is an American YouTube star who has become quite famous. Fitness instructor and YouTuber renowned for her creation of the 21 Day Fix. She has a certification as a fitness instructor and belongs to the Beachbody trainer community. The self-titled channel was established on the 27th of September, 2013, and regularly shares exercises and tips on dieting. Her previous work was with Brooke Burke's Modern Mom.
