Abby Elliott is the daughter of Paula Niedert, a talent manager and comic Chris Elliott. She was brought up in Wilton in Connecticut. She is the grandson of the radio comedian Bob Elliott. As a child she enjoyed performing in school productions in the Our Lady of Fatima School in Wilton and then decided she wanted to pursue acting as a career from when she was a young age.She went to high school at Immaculate High School in Danbury Connecticut where she performed in school plays and musicals.
