Felicity Jones is a British actress best recognized for her role as Jane Hawking. She played her role on The Theory of Everything, that was critically acclaimed. Jones has been working in theatre, film and TV since she was 12 years old. Jones began her acting career with the TV movie The Treasure Seekers. Then, in The Worst Witch (a television series) she appeared as Ethel Hallow. The sequel The Weirdsisters College was also made. In her first feature film Flashbacks of a Fool (which she was a part of), Young Ruth, she went on to play in a variety of other films. The most notable of these was The Invisible Woman & The Amazing Spider-Man 2 in particular, she became a household name for her role. She was nominated for an Oscar first time for her performance in the role of wife to Stephen Hawking's character as a character in The Theory of Everything. Jones her portrayal of Stephen Hawking's wife in the biopic, based on the author's life, was well-received both by critics and viewers. Inferno, the Tom Hanks thriller was her following part. In 2016, the British Academy of Film and Television Arts Los Angeles named Jones as the British Artist of The Year because of her talents and contribution to the cinema.
